Private messenger
Your messages are yours. Nobody else's.
One-to-one chats in the PIING app are end-to-end encrypted, with post-quantum protection on top, so we can't read them, and we don't sell your data.

Post-quantum chats
One-to-one chats have post-quantum protection, and each message gets a fresh key.
Encrypted groups
Group chats are end-to-end encrypted when everyone in the group has a current version of PIING. Otherwise they're encrypted on the way.
Locked and hidden chats
Face ID and an optional secret PIN, hidden chats, a private Vault and a one-tap Strict Privacy preset.
No ads, no trackers
PIING is free to use, for people 16 and over, and never shows ads.
Questions
Is PIING end-to-end encrypted?
One-to-one chats in the PIING app, including photos and files, are end-to-end encrypted. Web chat in a browser is encrypted on the way, not end to end. Group chats and Stories are too when everyone in them has a current version. One-to-one calls are encrypted between the two phones. Group calls are not available yet.
What does post-quantum mean?
The lock on a one-to-one chat is built to stay shut even if computers get much stronger, so a recording of today's chat stays private later.
Does PIING show ads or sell data?
No. There are no ads and we don't sell your data.
