Opening hours and away replies
Show your hours. Outside them, customers get your away message, at most once every few hours (you choose). A greeting for first-time customers too.
Booking requests
List your services with a length and a price. Customers request a free time inside your opening hours; you confirm or decline in the chat, and a confirmed booking adds to their calendar. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
Payment links
Paste a payment link from your own Stripe or SumUp account and send it to a customer as a card.
Offers to people who said yes
Send an offer to customers who asked for them, or existing customers you mark. Every offer ends with “Reply STOP”.
Labels, quick replies, inbox and stats
Organise customer chats and see counts. PIING never reads message text to make the numbers.
Your data, any time
Export your customers, bookings, labels, offers consent log and stats as CSV or JSON.
No per-message fees
PIING doesn't charge you for each message you send or receive, and there are no adverts in your customers' chats. There's a free plan, and paid PIING Business plans in the app add more.
How payments work
- You use your own payment provider: a Stripe Payment Link or a SumUp payment link from your own account.
- Your customer pays you on Stripe's or SumUp's page. The money goes from them to you through your provider, on your provider's fees.
- PIING never processes, holds or sees the payment, takes no cut, and never asks for card details.
- Only https links on Stripe's and SumUp's own payment addresses can be sent, so a card can't point to a fake page.
Marketing rules
UK law (PECR and UK GDPR) sets rules for electronic marketing. PIING is built to keep you inside them. This isn't legal advice: check the ICO's guidance for your business.
- Offers only go to customers who said yes, with when and how they said it kept on record, or to existing customers you mark with a reason (the “soft opt-in”, for similar products only).
- Every offer ends with “Reply STOP”. STOP, or the Stop offers button on your business page in PIING, works straight away.
- One offer a day.
- People choose whether a business can start a chat with them. That switch is off unless they turn it on.

Every filter is reviewed before it goes live. No home addresses, and areas around schools stay generic.

Prices aren't set yet. Our aim: far cheaper than other apps, and fair for a kid's party as well as a brand launch.
